Welcome, simple delight! Fox sausages are amazing and only passed through mustard or in the classic hot dog, but why not play more and combine flavors and textures, for an explosion of flavor? Have you ever thought of putting them in a salad? Try them at your next lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Potatoes 600g, bacon 200g, Fox sausages 400g, red onion 200g, wine vinegar, oil, dried dill, sugar, a grated teaspoon, salt, pepper to taste, green parsley.

Preparation of ingredients

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then cut them into cubes. Sausages are also boiled, after which the rounds are cut. The work on the stove is not over yet. Fry the bacon in the pan.

Preparing the salad

Put everything in a bowl, along with julienned red onion, dried dill and green parsley.

Seasoning the salad

Add wine vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper for extra flavor. Then the whole composition is mixed.
