Preparing potatoes au gratin with Fox summer salami

Boil the thin rounds of potatoes, then mix them with the onion previously pulled in a pan with a little oil. The procedure is the same with the diced salami. Eggs are also added to this mix. Grease the pan with butter and put the mixture in the pan. Add a slice of salami on top and grate cheese all over. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Presentation
