Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring. It can be delicious, just as well as it can be filling. Accompany the braided sausages with a kefir or sana and get ready for a tasty start to the day.
Ingredients
Flour – 500g, 1 cube of yeast, 250-300ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon of honey, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, cabanos sausages or sausages (400g), 1 egg

Preparation of ingredients
To start making the braided sausages, make sure you have all the ingredients ready. You will need flour – 500g, 1 cube of yeast, 250-300ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon of honey, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, cabanos sausage or horseradish (400g), 1 egg.
Preparation of the dough
Put 400g of flour and yeast in a bowl. Then gradually pour warm milk, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil. Mix all the ingredients.
Stirring constantly, add another 100g of flour. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Preparation of braided sausages
Divide the dough in 2 to make it easier to work with. Take the first ball of dough and roll out a sheet of 3-4 mm. It is cut into squares with a side equal to the length of the piece of sausage. Wrap the sausage with a piece of dough and score it.
Cooking
Line a tray with baking paper. Leave the preparation in the tray for 15-20 minutes, then brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame. Put in the oven heated to 190 degrees, for about 30 minutes or until they turn brown.
Presentation
Arrange nicely braided sausages on a plate, you can use tomatoes, lettuce or other vegetables to decorate the plate.
