To start making ham rolls with Italian salad, make sure you have all the ingredients ready. You will need thinly sliced ​​ham, fresh lettuce leaves (preferably arugula or mixed lettuce), ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, pitted black olives, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Preparing the salad

Start by preparing the Italian salad. Wash and dry the lettuce and tomatoes. Next, thinly slice the tomatoes and chop the basil. Mix all these ingredients in a large bowl.
